This week, my soul brother and Big Wobble contributor from across the pond found time to email me after returning to his beloved Alaskan Frontier after a couple of years working as a Pastor, bringing the good news to many unfortunate people in Washington State.
His opening line was:
"The salmon are hotter this year than before I went down to Babylon!"
This is Bill Laughing Bear's jargon for telling me he is monitoring salmon and other fish for radiation, caesium 134, which is the poisonous fingerprint from the Fukushima disaster in Japan back in March 2011. Hotter, as you can imagine, means contaminated, more contaminated than a couple of years ago when he regularly checked fish and especially dead whales for readers of The Big Wobble. I'm sure Bill will write back with his exact findings in the coming days
This email, however, is a truly interesting post touching on the delicate subject of a "FLAT EARTH". Bill himself apparently believes our world is flat; I myself don't believe it's flat. Why? Well, if the world were flat, sunrise would happen at the same time for the whole world, as would the sunset, I think . . .

EXAMINING THE GLOBE

The first paper I wrote was on what the Bible had to say about the heavens and the earth, and in this second paper I am going to look at the spinning globe model of the earth to challenge what is being taught. Today’s churches want to be relevant to today’s culture and that is why Theistic Evolution (the theory that God created everything, but that evolution basically took over from there) is gaining so much ground in churches today. Pastors want to marry science and the Bible. They say it is inappropriate to use Genesis and the Bible as a scientific text since it was written in the pre-scientific era. Most Christians today think NASA is true and the Bible is just allegory or poetry. They make the Bible subservient to NASA, which is idolatry. Instead of bowing down to a statue, they are bowing down to science. Most of the mainline Protestant seminaries are now teaching Theistic Evolution, also known as the “Day-Age Theory.” Young adults, raised in Christian homes, can go to universities and not be embarrassed about believing in the Bible because they also believe in a form of evolution. It is the official Catholic Church doctrine and... all Jewish denominations believe it. One of the problems with Theistic Evolution is that there is no original sin and therefore no need for a Savior.
Today most Christians believe they are living on a spinning globe. Pastors mock the flat earth from the pulpit, and this is what children in churches, Christian schools, and home schools are being taught. Everything the Bible teaches: that the earth is not moving, it has a foundation, has a dome called the firmament over it, the sun, moon and stars have been placed inside the firmament, the moon is its own light, the earth is placed on pillars, and the earth has ends, the church is teaching children not to believe because they have been taught to believe everything NASA is teaching instead. The foundation of what they believe is not the Scriptures, but the moon landing and “the blue marble” photo of the earth.
Romans 3:4 “Let God be found true, though every man be found a liar.”
THE FOUNDATION OF THE GLOBE
You need two things to teach what is being put in our children’s science books today about the earth, sun, and stars: first, you need the “Big Bang Theory” and second, you need the “Theory of Gravity.”
The shortened version of the Big Bang: In the beginning was nothing, and then a bunch of nothing exploded, and created everything.
Gravity (this is not just the apple dropping type of gravity, which is also called density, a denser object falls through less dense objects. A stone sinks in water because it is denser than the water. An apple falls to the ground because it is denser than air). The theory of gravity that cannot be proven is this: Approximately 4.6 billion years ago our solar system was dust and gas, then gravity collapsed the material on itself, and it began to spin, condensing the matter and forming the sun in the center of the nebula. Then, small particles drew together bound by the force of gravity. The basic understanding of gravity is that mass attracts mass which cannot be scientifically proven. Gravity, the way science textbooks teach it today, is needed to explain how our solar system, as NASA teaches it, was created. Gravity is supposed to draw objects together, mass attracting mass, and then pulling all the earth’s oceans to the curved surface of the earth, causing water to curve around the earth. This defies basic observable science which says water seeks the lowest level. Then, gravity is supposed to hold the atmosphere to the earth and move with the earth, so any measurement of the motion of the earth is erased. Of course, this violates the laws of nature that state a vacuum and gas pressure cannot be adjacent without containment.
Isaac Newton is put on a pedestal by Christians as being a Christian scientist, but he was not a Christian. Newton stated Jesus was just another man and to worship Him was idolatry. He was an anti-trinitarian. He believed in alchemy which was illegal in his day, and he was seeking the elixir to life and how to live forever. His descendants considered his research so dangerous (he could have been executed for what he believed) that they buried it for centuries. In 1936 Newton’s personal journals and notes were finally actioned off in London consisting of 10,000,000 words. Half of what he wrote about was on religion and alchemy. He was fixated on finding the hidden Bible code that would reveal long lost knowledge about the universe. After years of experimenting with alchemy and after he died, a test of his hair revealed massive quantities of mercury in it which gave him mercury poisoning. This mercury poisoning made him mentally ill: nervous breakdown, depression, schizophrenia and paranoid delusions.
COPERNICUS
Nicolaus Copernicus wrote a book called “On Revolutions of The Celestial Spheres” in 1543 and started the whole heliocentric (the sun in the center) movement. This was an anti-biblical theory and began to change man’s understanding of creation and the meaning of life.
He used math to prove his theory. He reverse-engineered his math to prove his theory, as did the others who followed (Descartes, Kepler, Galileo). They also held that all reality was to be understood only through mathematics, not human senses: what we see, feel, and hear is all illusory.

THE CURVE OF A GLOBE MODEL EARTH
My own experience: When my husband and I lived on the San Juan Island, Washington State, you could stand on South Beach and look 32 miles across the Strait of Juan de Fuca and see the lights of Port Angeles on a clear night. Through a spotting scope you could even see the reflections in the water of the lights on the docks of Port Angeles. But according to the curvature of the globe, it should have been 682 feet below your line of sight.
All the figures I am using I got from a curvature calculator on the internet. There are several on the internet if you want to do your own calculations.
On a globe model, it would be impossible for rivers to flow because we know that water seeks the lowest level. The Mississippi River is 2,340 miles long, that would be 3,371,153 feet worth of the earth’s curvature, or 671 miles. The Nile River is 4,130 miles long or 9,293,663 feet worth of the earth’s curvature, or 1,965 miles.
When engineers plan to build a canal, bridge, or railroad they never take the earth’s curvature into account. The Panama Canal is 51 miles long which would be 1,734 feet worth of the earth’s curvature, and the Erie Canal is 360 miles long which would be 86,367 feet worth of the earth’s curvature or 16.5 miles. The State of Kansas is 410 miles wide with the highest point being 4,041 feet high. Based on the earth’s calculator, for the width of 410 miles, that is 112,001 feet worth of the earth’s curvature or 21.2 miles. When railroad tracks were put across Kansas there was no earth’s curvature considered, they just laid the track on the flat level ground.
A good You Tube video on this subject is called “Science Proves Earth is Flat Terra Convexa” by Mike Helmick. In this video a group of scientists got together to prove the earth was a globe, and they did several experiments, especially with lasers, and concluded the earth was flat, much to their surprise. This video is 1-½ hours long, but well worth watching.
It is often said you can prove the earth is a globe, because you can see ships disappear as they go over the curve of the earth. But all you need is a telescope and as soon as the ship disappears then all you need to do is look through a more powerful telescope and you can see the ship again. The ship was there all the time; it did not go over the curve the earth.
ANTARCTICA CONSIDERED
When I started my own investigation of the flat earth, I didn’t start with the moon landing hoax, because that didn’t prove the shape of the earth, it only proved that the United States could lie to the whole world during the cold war. I focused on Antarctica because it was either 11,000 miles around, or Antarctica went all the way around a flat earth that has a 150 to 200-foot-high ice wall that holds all the oceans in. You will often hear those mocking the flat earth by saying ships would just fall off the edge. But the ships would have come to two barriers: the first one is the ice wall, and the second one is the firmament (the dome over the earth).
Isaiah 48:13 “Surely My hand founded the earth, and My right hand spread out the heavens; when I call to them, they stand together.”
British explorer James Cook looked for the land mass they believed had to exist at the bottom of the globe that balanced the weight of the Northern continents. This unknown southland was based on supposition, and they called it “Terra Australis Incognita.” Captain Cook tried to find this continent for two years, 1772-75, and never made it all the way around and never stepped foot on it. He met with his first iceberg in January of 1773 at 51 degrees south latitude, he crossed the Antarctica Circle at 66 degrees south latitude on 01/17/1773, and a year later crossed the Antarctica Circle for the third time. He sighted the wall of ice stretching from one horizon to the other horizon and then turned back because he thought it would be too reckless to continue through the ice. But it is supposed to be only 11,000 miles around Antarctica. During the 1800’s the same kind of mast ships used by Cook could take a 15,000 to 17,000-mile journey (the miles depending on your source) from Boston to San Francisco around South America, during the gold rush days, and it usually took 5 months. The fastest time this trip was done was in just 90 days. So, if Antarctica and the Arctic are supposed to be bookends of a globe, then you would expect the climates to be about the same, but nothing could be further from the truth.
Antarctica: Only 2” of precipitation a year, the average winter temperature is -40 degrees, and summer is freezing but it can get up to 50 degrees. You can also get blizzards in the summer. Winds can go for days at 60 to 65 mph and reach hurricane force winds all winter. This is based on a DVD documentary I watched called “Antarctica: A Year on Ice.”
I find it interesting that the main-stream media will report when there are hurricane force winds anywhere in the world except in Antarctica, which gets hurricane force winds all winter long.
I also read the book on the Shackleton Expedition to Antarctica, “Endurance: Shackleton’s Incredible Voyage” by Alfred Lansing. In the book it said how dangerous it was to go outside in the winter, even to travel 60 feet to do a daily check of their instrument readings.
The weather in Antarctica is so extreme they have nicknames for it, depending on the latitudes and how far south you are: the roaring 40’s, the furious 50’s, and the screaming 60’s. In comparison in the Northern Hemisphere, Eureka, CA and Salt Lake City, UT are on the 40th latitude. The dividing line between the United States and Canada is the 49th latitude, Anchorage, AK with a population of 300,000 is at 61st latitude, and Utqiagvik, AK (formerly Barrow, AK) with a population of 4,900, is at the 71st latitude.
I read a book on the Arctic titled, “The Impossible Rescue: The True Story of an Amazing Arctic Adventure” by Martin Sandler that is about a 1500-mile rescue journey made in the Arctic in the winter. It was ordered by President McKinley to rescue 265 sailors from 8 whaling ships that were unexpectedly caught in early ice packs. This rescue is also known as the “Overland Relief Expedition.” Three men answered the call to take that journey to rescue the 265 sailors. They left on 12/16/1897 and arrived in Barrow, AK 03/29/1898. The month of March, especially, was just one blizzard after another, but they had help and lodging from the natives all along the way. With the help of native herdsmen, they also drove 400 reindeer up to Barrow to feed the men who would have starved without the extra provisions. (You’re probably thinking that reindeer aren’t native to Alaska, caribou are. You are right; they were introduced to Alaska in the 1800’s but they didn’t really take off as animals for the natives to keep). The men completed the 1500-mile journey in winter, in the Arctic and saved the 265 sailors.
ANTARCTICA
Flora: lichens, algae, and nonflowering liverwort.
Fauna: penguins, seals, and various sea birds but only penguins’ nest in Antarctica, no insects.
ARCTIC
Precipitation 29” to 49” a year depending on where you are in the Arctic circle. Average winter temperatures -22 to -31 degrees. Average summer temperatures range from 37 to 50 degrees, and the highs can get up to 60 and even 80 degrees.
Flora: 1700 species including spruce, arctic willow, dwarf birch, berries, mosses, lichens, liverworts, arctic daisies, buttercups, and a wide variety of grasses and flowers.
Fauna: 20 different mammals including arctic foxes, polar bears, lemmings, hares, ground squirrels, shrews, wolves, and caribou just to name a few. And plenty of insects.
There are 280 species of birds that live in the Arctic: grouse, buntings, snowy owls, falcons, albatross, terns, gulls, cormorants, eiders, snow geese, swans, and ducks just to name a few. And six species of birds winter over like snowy owls and grouse. The Arctic is the destination summer nesting ground for many bird species.
Flights don’t go in or out of Antarctica for 6 to 9 months (depending on the location) because the winds are so severe, and it gets below -60 degrees. But in the Arctic, Alaska Airlines services Barrow, AK all year long.
Admiral Byrd led an expedition to Antarctica from 1933-35. An interesting fact about Admiral Byrd is that he was a 33-degree Mason, and 60 of the 82 members of his expedition were also Masons. He put a Masonic flag at the “South Pole,” and he established the first Antarctic Lodge of the Freemasons (Lodge #777) in New Zealand in 1935.
The United States Navy conducted a series of 4 expeditions to Antarctica named “Operation Deep Freeze” #1, #2, #3, & #4 between 1955 and 1959. This was the first time in man’s history that Antarctica was completely explored. In 1959, right after these expeditions were completed, the Antarctica Treaty was drawn up. At first, it was signed by 12 nations, but now it is mandatory for any nation wanting to do trade anywhere on earth to sign this treaty. In the treaty it is illegal to bring dogs to Antarctica. Sled dogs had been a reliable source of transportation for the early explorers. The reason the treaty gives, is they didn’t want dogs to bring distemper to the seals (they could just give any sled dogs distemper shots). Also, if you try to get any boat within 200 miles of Antarctica, your boat will be stopped by the military and turned away. And, if your boat is big enough, it will be boarded to see how much fuel you are carrying. The reason the treaty gives is because they don’t want any fuel spills to pollute the waters. Basically, there is no longer any freedom to explore Antarctica, or even to circumnavigate it. I think they are trying to hide the firmament and the vaulted dome over the earth because it would prove the Bible was true and the earth wasn’t a globe.
THE MOTION OF THE EARTH
According to NASA, the motion of the globe is supposed to be spinning at 1,100 mph, and then traveling around the sun at 66,600 mph. It then travels with the sun and other planets in a larger orbit at 514,000 mph. If that were the case, the constellations would never appear to be the same from one night to the next, ever. The problem is that there is no observable science behind this theory, and you cannot detect this motion at all at any altitude. Of course, NASA will say that gravity - I will say “magic gravity” - makes all the motion just disappear. Somehow gravity curves all the water on earth around a ball, the globe, and makes all the motion of the spinning traveling earth to become undetectable. Birds flying do not experience this motion and neither do flying airplanes.
The “Michelson-Morley Experiments” in 1881 and 1887 proved the earth was stationary, although it was called the “failed experiment” because they were trying to measure the motion of the earth. This experiment proves the Bible: Psalm 104:6, “He established the earth upon its foundations, so that it will not totter forever and ever.” 1 Chronicles 16:30, “Tremble before Him, all the earth, indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved.”
Einstein invented his theory of relativity to cover up the “Michelson-Morley Experiments” and save the Copernican/heliocentric system of the universe. The physicists of his day, including Tesla, called the “Theory of Relativity” nonsense. If you throw enough mathematical equations at a problem, it dazzles people and makes them blind to the underlying errors. I would suggest that if you wanted to delve deeper into this subject and other subjects such as satellites, then get a book titled, “Like Clay Under the Seal” by Dean Odle. NASA
NASA has worked from their beginning to promote the Big Bang Theory and the Evolutionary Theory of the universe, and it uses pseudoscience to prove that God does not exist. After WWII, the U.S. brought 200 Nazi scientists to the United States, gave them new identities and hired them as NASA scientists. This was done under a project called “Project Paperclip.”
Adolph Hitler was very much involved with the occult and occult rituals that needed to be done to communicate with demons. These same goals are being pursued today at CERN in Switzerland. These Nazi scientists became the foundation of NASA. Today, NASA gets 24 billion dollars of tax revenue from the US government per year. Hitler’s scientists would put out propaganda films for Hitler to see that showed their rocket research was further along than it really was in order to keep the funding coming.
Jack Parsons was a rocket engineer, chemist, Thelemite occultist and one of the founders of both the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Aerojet Engineering Corporation that invented the first rocket engine to use castable, composite rocket propellant. Jack Parsons was a Satanist who engaged in occult activities like the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO). British occultist Aleister Crowley was leading OTO at the time, and Jack became the leader of OTO on the West Coast. He pumped the money from his rocketry business into his occult activities. Crowley, who was known as the “wickedest man in the world,” became Parson’s spiritual mentor. Crowley also worked for the CIA for a while in their MKUltra program and black operations. Parsons was a key scientist with Jet Propulsion Laboratory, which is still an important force in American rocket and space technology, and today NASA owns JPL.
THE MOON LANDING
I watched a video put out by Stanley Kubrick, the director of “2001: A Space Odyssey.”
In his personal testimony he said the Moon Landing was a film that he directed, and he explained why the film was done. It was a psychological operation done because of the “cold war” with Russia. You can also watch a documentary called “A Funny Thing Happened on The Way to the Moon” by Bart Sibrel. You can find it on YouTube and it is also in book form. The video shows how shadows are going in two different directions, proving stage lighting was used, and the wire that was holding up the astronauts to give them the bouncy steps on the moon was caught on camera. And, how the “blue marble” picture of the earth was a fake.

Freemasonry played a part in the moon landing also because every one of the astronauts in the moon landing Apollo Mission were 33-degree masons in Freemasonry. Freemasonry is based on the occult, and when you get to the highest degree of Freemasonry, they take an oath and secret rites to worship Lucifer and renounce Jesus. Everyone of NASAs space missions is named after a pagan god.
RUSSIAN AND CHINA MOON LANDINGS AND FLY AROUNDS
Russia claims the first unmanned moon landing on 09/12/1959. It’s no wonder that the United States, ten years later during the “cold war,” put out the moon landing film for propaganda. I read an article in which Russia said, “They put the United States moon landing film through AI and determined it was fake.” China claims they did the first moon fly by in 2010, and their first unmanned moon landing was in 2019 on the far side of the moon.
GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS ADMIT FLAT EARTH
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) generally provides that any person has the right to request access to federal agency records except to the extent the records are protected from disclosure. So, when it comes to aircraft, ballistic missiles, helicopters, rockets, space shuttles, laser-weapons, etc. they must build them to operate in the real world, not the make-believe world of a spinning globe. That is why in Army, Navy, Air Force, FAA, NASA, MIT, and in many other technical manuals, they state that their equations and formulas assume a flat, non-rotating earth. And all the rocket launches are calculated and based on a flat non-rotating earth as well. If you want to delve into this subject more, I suggest you read chapters 17 and 18 of “Like Clay Under the Seal” by Dean Odle.

I’ve seen how this works in my lifetime. In 2007 Al Gore wrote a book titled “An Inconvenient Truth” about global warming. At that time 1,400 scientists opposed his premise that the warming was caused by man. Instead. the scientists said global warming was caused instead by the sun, and that the sun went through cycles. But those scientists were never brought before Congress for debate and hearings. And then, the global warming craze started and began to be warned about in the media and printed in all the schoolbooks. No matter what happens with the weather, it is blamed on global warming. And when the temperatures showed the sun cycle had gone into a cooling period, after all the book was written almost 20 years ago, then “global warming” was renamed “climate change.” You cannot go to a university and oppose this position, and expect grant funds, or to get a position as a teacher. It is now dogma. I recently saw Fox News interviewing young people, asking them what they were most afraid of and they said, “global warming.” When I read the book of Revelation I wonder how many of God’s judgments, during the Great Tribulation, will be blamed on global warming?
