Solomon Islands take the third massive hit in two days: Magnitude 6.9 hit area where 60 major quakes struck since yesterday

They have already suffered 60+ powerful quakes and aftershocks since the magnitude 7.8 struck yesterday but a new powerful mag 6.9 has struck the Solomon Islands in the same region.

There is No Tsunami Warning, Advisory, Watch, or Threat in effect.

 After yesterday’s massive mag 7.8 quake, the Solomon Islands suffer 56 powerful aftershocks and quakes since yesterday and now a new massive quake reaching 6.9 on the Richter scale 

It is the 8^th major quake of December and the 132sd of 2016.
