Marching On Together

Marching On Together I have had a romance with a lady since my childhood just like thousands of other people around the world who are also in love with her. I have remained in love with her through the many bad times and the few good times, my love for her has never faltered and never will. My lady's name is Leeds United and she is just five games away from returning to the English Football Premiership, after sixteen years in the football wilderness. In the sixties, seventies and early nineties my lady was known as "Super Leeds," however in 2003, my love was relegated from the English Football Premiership due to financial miss-handling by her owners. "Super Leeds," dropped down to the third tier of English football. If Leeds United can grab ten points from their last five games my lady will be back where she belongs in the higher echelons of English football and I can once more embrace my love with happiness.

Leeds 5 v 0 Stoke, 7 points needed from 4 games...

The kangaroo is the latest species under stress as nearly 4 million die in 12 months from a mystery disease which has left experts baffled

NSW Office of Environment and Heritage
In just three years’ time, the World will have lost two-thirds of all wild animals.
This amazing statistic from The Living Planet Index claims, the number of wild animals living on Earth is set to fall by two-thirds by 2020, according to a new report, part of a mass extinction that is destroying the natural world upon which humanity depends.
The analysis, the most comprehensive to date, indicates that animal populations plummeted by 58% between 1970 and 2012, with losses on track to reach 67% by 2020, full story here.

So it should come as no shock to read that kangaroo numbers are the latest animal to be diminishing by an unsustainable amount,
In the 12 months between 2016 and 2017 nearly 4 million kangaroos have died in Australia from a mystery disease.
Millions of kangaroos are being wiped out down under by a mystery disease that causes massive haemorrhages and internal bleeding.
According to scientists, they have been left baffled as to why the kangaroo population is being decimated.
Both red and grey varieties are dying from the mysterious disease which is causing the kangaroos to die from hemorrhaging and internal bleeding around the joints.
According to The Daily Mail, Greys in the state dropped to 3.85 million from 6.33 million, while reds dropped by 1.2 million to 5.13 million.
