Anchorage, Alaska hit 89 degrees F, (32 deg C), Thursday to break the all-time highest temperature ever recorded: Campbell Creek hit 91 degrees F, (33 deg C)

The official temperature record fell.
Anchorage hit 89 degrees F, (32 deg C), Thursday to break the all-time highest temperature ever recorded at the official recording station.
The previous record was 85 degrees F, (29 deg C), set on June 14, 1969.
Several recording stations in the Anchorage area hit 90 degrees or higher.
The Campbell Creek Science Center hit 91 degrees F, (33 deg C) as of 5:00 p.m.
Merrill Field also hit 90 degrees on Thursday.

According to The Weather Channell, the heat wave is intensifying over Alaska and will last into next week, possibly threatening all-time record highs in many parts of the state.
An unusually strong dome of high pressure aloft will intensify and spread over our 49th state the next several days.
According to UCLA climate scientist Daniel Swain, the strength of this high-pressure dome could break all-time records over Alaska.

  1. 'Unusual dome of high pressure' - decoded: This is a heat dome created by ionosphere heaters for climate engineering (and weather/biological warfare) programs that haven't been approved by any country's citizenry while being employed almost globally with detrimental effects.

Learn and share so we can hopefully force a shut down of all such illegal programs before our planet is beyond (self) repair.

    1. You do know the magnetic field of the earth is rapidly collapsing don't you ?
Studies say that that more of the sun's radiation gets through to ground/sea level - and that INCLUDES infrared energy.
The oceans and atmosphere are warming due to increased infrared radiation reaching us.
If you want to talk about geoengineering , let's talk about all the chemtrails they are spraying.

  2. They think it's a record. Several years back , I was working on the Anchorage hillside in June , and there was a temperature inversion that drove the temperatures to the high 90's and beyond.
Then there was a couple of days back in the 1990's where the temperatures were as warm or warmer in the Anchorage bowl. This is NOT a record.

    1. I don't think that they think, but MESURE it. Obvioiusly it's you who is just THINKING.

    2. Ive been *measuring for quite some time now and have seen consistently underreported high temperatures. This corroborates GMAN's assertion. If you want proof, buy a thermometer and measure it yourself, as we would all appreciate another location documented

    3. To Anonymous -
They take the official temperatures in Anchorage out by Anchorage International Airport , which is always cooler than it is inland. WE measured the temperatures and there were obvious temperature inversions occurring. We have mountains here and this occurs all the time. The temperatures they are recording now are not the records. IF you lived here , you would know.
They're sensationalizing this like it's never happened before. Temperatures in the 1930's were hotter .

  3. In full agreement; geoengineering is the foremost cause of climate collapse. They spray daily in Denver and under-report the hi temps by an average of 12 degrees F

  5. Alaska's highest recorded temperature was 100 degrees on June 27 1915 , recorded at Fort Yukon , Alaska.

    1. This was the all time record for Anchorage, not for Alaska

  6. Are the Alaskans complaining. Probably not since they have cold weather 9 months out of the year.

    2. Probably loving every minute...this is the problem right here. Assumptions and human bias. Have you asked the flora and fauna how much they enjoy the abnormal temps? So unbelievably ignorant, both hoosier gal and gary walton.

As long as YOU are eating and comfortable and have a home there's no problems, right?

When will humans remember they are merely a part of the whole and regain empathy for nature...

    3. Not unbelievably ignorant, both hoosier gal and gary walton, it is a fact of life. As long as YOU are eating and comfortable and have a home there's no problems, right? Right.

For thousands of years humans have had no empathy for humans, never mind nature and that my friend is exactly why you come on here ranting and cursing about every week.
